This old dark kitchen was gutted and replaced with a bright modern look and finishes. Pretty well everything is new, except the drywall..

Vintage Kitchen Before and After

This was a tiny space with a bar sink and a small bar fridge.  New fridge was added on another wall, and this area was remodeled with a full sink, upper cabinet, reinforced the ceiling to allow for an over the range microwave installation,  and a tile backsplash behind the new stove.  New electrical to provide for a counter-top outlet and 240V outlet for the stove..

This was a plain and neglected back yard with huge potential.   Creative simple improvements involved painting the side door of the detached wooden garage a bright red, and adding custom hard wood planters along the base of the side facing garage wall.  Larger improvements included building a deck, pergola, new custom designed fence,  and laying an extensive flagstone patio.

This bathroom was 55 years old and desperately in need of a renovation.  We gutted it down to the studs, then used mold resistant drywall, with concrete board in the tub/shower surround.  All new fixtures, tile, floor  and cabinetry were then installed.

Large unfinished space in new townhome; completely finished with custom shelving, potlights, and storage closets underneath the stairs.

This was a simple project that provided a huge return in visual impact and curb appeal. The exterior was vintage 1960 and very plain. We added custom window trims in black, painted the metal stair rails in black,  changed the front door, painted the vinyl siding cream, painted the concrete block cream, and trimmed and tidied the shrubs.

This living room was dark and uninviting.  We took out the old built-in cabinets, expanded the narrow opening on the back wall to provide a more open flow, and took out the wall and closet in the front entry vestibule to really open the room up.  We then replaced all trim and casings and added crown molding; framed in a half wall in the entry vestibule and added a dropped ceiling int the entry vestibule for architectural detail.Replaced all lights and receptacles, and painted in a bright but soft colour. The difference was dramatic
